What Wil You Do

  • Assist business team in creating project proposal, TOR, and budgeting for clients.
  • Prepare and submit all required administrative documents in a tender from government or enterprise client.
  • Draft and review contract agreement (PKS), NDA, work orders during a procurement process.
  • Manage official letter correspondence with clients & partners.
  • Follow up client's PIC regarding administrative matters.
  • Handle contract agreement, progress report, request for payment, prepare and submit documents for tenders.
  • Provide schedule and planning support for the administration of contracts including scope of works & tender/contract preparation and correspondence.


What Will You Need

  • At least 3 years of working experience in admin-related field.
  • Have experience in managing government tenders/project (LPSE, E-procurement) is preferred.
  • Good understanding on Excel, Word, PPT, Google Docs.
  • Good formal-written communication skill.
  • Detail-oriented and self starter.
  • Ability to work fast with tight deadlines.
