What Wil You Do
Assist business team in creating project proposal, TOR, and budgeting for clients.
Prepare and submit all required administrative documents in a tender from government or enterprise client.
Draft and review contract agreement (PKS), NDA, work orders during a procurement process.
Manage official letter correspondence with clients & partners.
Follow up client's PIC regarding administrative matters.
Handle contract agreement, progress report, request for payment, prepare and submit documents for tenders.
Provide schedule and planning support for the administration of contracts including scope of works & tender/contract preparation and correspondence.
What Will You Need
At least 3 years of working experience in admin-related field.
Have experience in managing government tenders/project (LPSE, E-procurement) is preferred.
Good understanding on Excel, Word, PPT, Google Docs.
Good formal-written communication skill.
Detail-oriented and self starter.
Ability to work fast with tight deadlines.
