What Will You Do

  • Provide and maintain administrative assistance to Executives, including managing schedules, appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc. Applied for both internal as well as external parties.
  • Prepare and drafting correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes of meeting and prepare deck for meeting or when required.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Rack daily expenses and prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Keep electronic and physical records to ensure that information is well-organized and easily accessible.
  • Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assigned.

What Will You Need

  • Min. 5 years of relevant experience (personal assistant/executive secretary/business or similar role).
  • Min. Diploma degree.
  • English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational skills, good communications skills, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills, and ability to work with people of all levels.
  • Ability to work independently as well as team player with a “can do” attitude.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, work to deadlines, prioritise and juggle between tasks, solve problems, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and scheduling software.
  • Plus: Public speaking, presentation, interpersonal, and networking skills.
