Business Analyst

What will you do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders.
• Create mock-up or sketch.
• Collaborate with end-users to plan and execute UAT.
• Follow up change request after UAT.
• Provide regular updates on project progress.
• Update all relevant project documentation after deploymen

What will you need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong & deep analysis and critical to map complexity of business processes (Flow Chart, etc.) and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Excellence in communication both verbal and written.
• Strong Business Sense to identify and address business challenges.
• Well Understanding of change management principles to effectively manage and communicate changes in business processes and systems.
• Proficient in using business analysis tools, documentation tools, and project management software, and UI wireframe tools (Whimsical, Figma, etc).
• The Ability to create FSD, TSD, BRD, and User Manual
